Antonia's food provides a way to get inside her world. Her interest in food after moving from the suburban Long Island to the diverse cultures of Los Angeles. Carnetas and Cavatelli, she believes, can be found on the same menu. Her taste is constantly changing. All of her meals her vision which is distinctive and expresses nostalgia for the past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso who was influenced from her Italian American tradition. The restaurant was greeted with an enthusiastic reception. Lofaso's interpretation of classic Italian dishes is among the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Food at Lofaso is authentic, inviting and undeniably satisfying. Lofaso trained under legendary chefs and learned their sophisticated methods but she never hesitated to take extraordinary risks to be true to her own instincts. Within a few years, Lofaso rose to the highest level at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Then she collaborated with many famous celebrities and transformed a variety of Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso collaborated with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar Black Market Liquor Bar, the first bar to open situated in Studio City. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Lofaso could finally enjoy the freedom of expression she had desired. Black Market has no one idea in its head and is the same way. It would start with dill-flavored potato chips Shishito peppers, then follow up with Korean Wings. Antonia provides the overwhelming range of tastes. Lofaso assesses the success she has had all through her career on the basis of the innate ability she has to know her audience and remain authentic to who she is. Her memorable appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showcased her talents outside of the cooking area. The talents of Lofaso are evident in her recurring roles as CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge and on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child & ABC's Real O'neals. In 2012, Lofaso joined with Penguin to release"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious home-cooked Meals, which also recounts her struggles during her time at the prestigious French Culinary Institute, and at the same time raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that her success is due to her passion of cooking and she is able to keep a finger in the middle of this field by staying on her kitchen. Through the Chefletics brand, she is altering the appearance of her industry by re-designing clothes for the kitchen that are stylish as well as practicality. The main goal of Lofaso is to remain true to her vision. In this regard, she launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. This gives customers an extremely personal experience.
